Some members of our very own Smart Ferroic Materials center (Jingyi Chen, Hugh Churchill and Jin Hu) contributed to the development of a new technology that could lead to faster and more efficient removal of bacteria off of surfaces. More details on the study, led by Prof Yong Wang from the Department of Physics at the University of Arkansas, can be found here.
